Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to all orders placed on this site

 

SECURITY & PRIVACY

When you pay for your order by Credit or Debit Card, your card details will be passed to Stripe or Paypal who will process the card payment for us. To ensure your security, we do not hold your card details on our own computers. Card transactions are protected by SSL encryption, meaning that your card details are secure and cannot be viewed by anyone else on the internet. Your address details are held by us solely for use in connection with your order, and we will not send any other mail to you.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are sent in plain wrapping by First Class mail (or Air Mail outside the UK) unless otherwise requested. We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours (excl. weekends & holidays) and will send you an email to let you know the parcel is on its way. Deliveries usually arrive within 24-48 hours (UK) or 2-4 weeks (overseas), but we are not responsible for delays in delivery. An order will not be considered 'lost in the post' until four weeks have elapsed (8 weeks if overseas).

 

Please note that we cannot deliver to an overseas P.O. Box address, and that orders outside the EU are liable to be delayed by Customs. BodyExposed reserve the right to refuse to accept orders in our absolute discretion, without stating a reason.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Goods may be returned for refund or exchange in accordance with the Consumer Contracts regulations. These regulations require that that you return any items within 14 days, and that they are in the same condition as supplied, that is (in the case of underwear, swimwear and adult toys) that the goods have NOT been worn, used, tried on, or washed and are in their original packing. Please note that we may reduce any refund by an appropriate amount up to the full value, where the goods are damaged, or we consider that they have been used more than absolutely necessary to verify that they were fit for purpose. In order to check the sizing of a product, we suggest that you open the packet with care, and hold the product against you without trying it on (even over other clothing).

 

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give notice to BodyExposed by the RMA procedure. We will then provide a Returns Authorisation Code (RMA) which must be quoted with the returned goods. If you return an order to us without a Returns Authorisation Code, or it is not in new condition, it will not be accepted.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The moment you enter your credit card details and press 'Pay', you are charged immediately for your entire order as well as any postage charges. For this reason, please make sure you want the items and have ordered the correct size and colour before pressing this button.

 

When you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, provided (in the case of underwear or swimwear) that the goods have not been worn and are in their original condition. To cancel an order after receipt, see the procedure below. It is imperative that any returned items are unworn, unwashed, have not been tried on, and are in their original packing, as described above.

 

Please note that most products are manufactured in batches at different times and variations do occur, as do product improvements by the manufacturer. An item ordered today will probably vary slightly in fabric, colour or styling from the same item ordered several months ago, and we do not guarantee that it/they will be identical. However, in the case of faulty or misrepresented goods we shall, after receiving notification from you through this website, supply a RMA Code and ask you to return the goods yourself, and refund to you postage costs as appropriate.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Goods may be returned in accordance with the Consumer Contracts regulations. These regulations require that that you return any items within 14 days of receipt, and that they are in the same condition as supplied to you. Our policy is to NOT accept worn items back once sold, unless faulty. To be sure of the correct fit, it is important when ordering that you measure your waist/chest and refer to our size chart, as not all manufacturers have the same size ranges. If you receive an item and are unsure whether it will fit you, do not try it on, but hold it against yourself to judge the size. If you then wish to return it for a refund or exchange, it must be sent in the same condition as it was supplied, in the original and undamaged packaging. If you return an unwanted item which is not in new condition (for example, the packaging has been ripped), your refund could be reduced to reflect any diminished value.

 

If you have a specific problem, we will do our best to assist; to return a faulty product or an unwanted and unworn item, you must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code (RMA), and this must be done before sending anything back. You can obtain this code by email if you click the 'Order Details' link in your list of past orders. Please make sure when communicating via email or post to give us the RMA or order number, so that we can correctly identify you. BodyExposed makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the safety of any of our products. All of our products are sold as novelty items only. Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for injuries sustained while using our products and the purchaser assumes all risk and liability of use.
