Our returns procedure

 

Goods may be returned for refund or exchange in accordance with the Consumer Contracts regulations. These regulations require that that you return any items within 14 days of receipt, and that they are in the same condition as supplied to you. Please note that we may reduce any refund by an appropriate amount up to the full value of the goods, where the goods are damaged, or we consider that they have been used more than absolutely necessary to verify that they were fit for purpose.

 

Before returning any item please follow our Return Merchandise Authorisation procedure. We will email you a returns authorisation code, together with details on how and where to send your return. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation code, or is not covered by one of the following criteria:

 

Faulty or damaged item

You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received, for a full refund or exchange. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, once we have received and processed the item. An item which has been worn or tried on, or has become faulty after being worn and washed, cannot be returned.

 

Incorrect item

You may return any incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund or exchange. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.

 

Different size required

You may return any item in order to change it for a different size. The item should be in 'as new' condition with all original packaging and labels intact, and you are responsible for return postage to us (and any customs fees if appropriate). In these cases we will send you a replacement item and not charge you any postage.

 

Unwanted item

You may return any item, in 'as new' condition, within 14 days of receiving it. We will refund your payment in full once we have received it back, or you may exchange it for an alternative item subject to payment of any price difference and postage. However we are unable to accept the return of any worn underwear or swimwear items or used adult toys. An item is classified as worn if it has been worn, tried on and / or washed. If you return an unwanted item which is not in new condition (for example, the label has been removed, or the packaging has been ripped), your refund could be reduced to reflect any diminished value.

 

How to return an item

All items must be returned in as new condition with all original packaging and labels intact. BodyExposed cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit, as they are the sole responsibility of the customer, so insured postage is recommended.

 

Please include your RMA code with the returned item, so that we can identify your order. To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) code, click the ‘View Order History’ link below to access your order details (you may need to sign in first). Next, select the order number containing the item you would like to return, and follow the on-screen instructions at the bottom of the page.
